Delivery FAQs
**What days and times do you deliver?**
- Farm Fresh delivers fresh organic produce on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. Deliveries typically occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
**Can I specify a delivery window?**
- Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery windows. However, you can leave a note in the order instructions, and our delivery team will do their best to consider any preferences.
**What is the procedure if I am not at home during delivery?**
- If you are not home during the scheduled delivery time, our driver will leave the package at your doorstep or any specified safe location. You can also leave instructions for alternative delivery options when placing your order.
**Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?**
- Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. Next-day delivery is possible if the order is placed before the cutoff time on the previous day.
**How are the products kept fresh during transit?**
- We use insulated boxes and ice packs to ensure that your organic produce stays fresh during transit. Our delivery vehicles are also equipped with refrigeration to maintain the temperature of perishable items.
